Overview
This project involved designing and developing a website for Motus XR, a company specializing in AR and VR technologies that assist doctors in diagnosing and treating patients with Parkinson's and other motion disorders. The project began with the creation of a UI design using Figma, followed by web development using Webflow and Finsweet's Client First Design system. The end result was a user-friendly, modern, and engaging website that effectively conveys the company's message and brand.

Process
The Motus XR website build was a project I completed for a company that specializes in AR and VR technologies that assist doctors in diagnosing and treating patients with Parkinson's and other motion disorders. The primary objective of this project was to create a modern, user-friendly website that showcases the innovative technology and services offered by Motus XR. As the sole designer and developer of the project, I utilized my expertise in UI design and web development to create a high-quality website that effectively conveys the brand's message and engages users.
UI Design in Figma
To begin the project, I created the website's UI design in Figma. The initial phase involved conducting extensive research to understand Motus XR's target audience, competitors, and market trends. Based on my research findings, I created wireframes and mockups that incorporated the company's branding, including its color scheme and logo. The design focused on simplicity, clarity, and an intuitive user experience, with a clean and modern layout that showcases Motus XR's innovative technology and services.
Web Development in Webflow
Once the UI design was approved by the client, I moved onto the web development phase of the project, where I used Webflow to create the website. Webflow is a no-code website builder that allows for efficient and effective web development. I implemented Finsweet's Client First Design system, which is a set of best practices and guidelines for creating responsive and accessible websites. This system allowed me to create a website that is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and easy to navigate.
The website's features include a landing page, services page, team page, and contact page. I added custom animations and interactions to the website to make it more engaging and intuitive. Additionally, I optimized the website's SEO, ensuring that it is search engine friendly and easy to find on Google and other search engines.
Outcome
Overall, the Motus XR website build project was a success.
The website I created effectively conveys the company's message and brand while providing a clean, modern, and user-friendly experience for its visitors. The website has received positive feedback from the client, and it has helped to increase traffic and conversions for Motus XR.
